No-cost initial meeting

We use our knowledge gained over 50 years in the insurance industry to give you the most suitable advice possible. This process begins with a visit to your company - and not just with a phone call or an online assessment.

We'll assess your premises and working practices to identify all possible areas of threat. From this assessment we'll understand your circumstances and determine exactly what you want from your insurance. By knowing how your business operates we'll be able to source cover that is appropriate for your needs, and we can review how these needs change as your company develops.

Our single-minded aim is to find the correct cover on your behalf - we're not in the business of selling insurance, so this initial meeting is without cost or obligation.

Detailed analysis

Following this visit your account executive will prepare a comprehensive report, for submission to the insurance companies. This outlines the sums insured required and background on your business activities, health and safety procedures, plus insurance and claims history. It will also highlight the strengths (or otherwise) of your disaster recovery planning, the construction and layout of your buildings, and the security measures that you have in place.

The reason that we go into such detail is that the more information we can provide underwriters, the more they appreciate your circumstances, which makes them more confident in minimising their requirements - both in respect of premium and cover restrictions.

The most suitable insurance package

This presentation will then be submitted to those insurance companies we feel are best placed to offer the right combination of coverage, price, security and service.

Once we have received their quotations, the account executive will compare them and evaluate each against his blueprint of your needs, negotiate to further improve the best cover, and then prepare his report.

He'll then arrange another visit with you to explain in detail what is being recommended and why. In some cases, it may be that the cheapest quotation is not our suggested option. If so, we'll clarify our assessment so that you understand how the offerings compare and where the major benefits lie.
